Penza, 27 July 2016. PenzaNews. A plan to build a parking lot next to the Penza State University stadium “Temp” has been the main point of the meeting between the mayor Victor Kuvaytsev and the Penza State University principal Alexander Gulyakov.

In particular, on Tuesday, July 26, the parties discussed the possibility to expand the Sverdlova proyezd road that connects Chkalova and Sverdlova streets.

Reportedly, the parking lot will be open for workers and visitors of nearby institutions and alleviate the traffic on Chkalova streets that is usually blocked with parked cars during the September-June study season.

Moreover, Victor Kuvaytsev and Alexander Gulyakov discussed the parking lot next to the PSU Belinsky educational institute that also needs to be expanded and improved, says the press service of the city administration.
