Penza, 27 July 2016. PenzaNews. A VAZ-21140 without a driver behind the wheel hit a woman born in 1978 at the 274th km of the Penza-Tambov highway.

The incident occurred at 16.45 of Tuesday, July 26, the press service of the regional traffic police department informed PenzaNews.

“Reportedly, the car began moving on its own,” the traffic police said.

According to them, the woman was hospitalized.

“The incident is currently being investigated,” the police pointed out.
