Penza, 1 August 2016. PenzaNews. Evgeny Shelkovoy, curator of the pilot platform for the Russian School Students Movement at the Zarechny school No. 221, became one of the grant winners of the Baltic Artek forum in the Kaliningrad region.

He earned a 200,000 grant at the “Young Teachers” forum session for setting up an educational forum for school students “Time To Act.” Reportedly, the event will be hosted by the children’s summer camp “Zvezdochka” during the 2017 spring vacation.

Moreover, other representatives from Penza, Lipetsk and Samara regions presented a plan for future local development of the Russian School Students Movement.

After the presentation created over the five days of creative planning, the teachers received high praise from experts of the Federal Youth Affairs Agency, the Russian Children’s Center and the Russian School Students Movement, says the Zarechny city public affairs department.
