The baby was born to the minister’s family on Sunday, July 31, according to PenzaNews sources.

The minister already received congratulations via Twitter from Evgeny Troshin, Minister of Labor, Social Security and Demography of the Penza region.

“Another Penza region citizen was born. Best wishes and strong health to baby and mother!!!” he wrote.
