“In August 2013, the bank and the defendant signed an agreement for a 60-month personal loan of 290,000 rubles at 24.95% interest,” an official court representative told PenzaNews.
The man in question was lax in following the agreement, which created a debt of 350,878.46 rubles to the bank, the representative explained.
According to him, the defendant fully confirmed the debt, and explained that he did not pay the loan debt for several months due to financial troubles.
“The court fully sided with the bank and fined the man in the debt amount plus 12,708.78 rubles for state duty. The debt agreement was rendered null and void,” he explained.
