Penza, 8 August 2016. PenzaNews. The Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia in the Penza region initiated proceedings against the regional Ministry of Agriculture on violation of the law “About Protection of the Competition” p.1 of Art. 17.

As the press service of regional FAS reported to PenzaNews, the violations concern the initiation and carrying out of the open tender on contract conclusion of water use of Holodnenky pond on Holodnenky stream.

“By results of consideration of the citizen’s appeal which arrived from prosecutor's office of the Penza region, revealed that the tender organizer established requirements to applicants not covered by the current legislation of the Russian Federation, and also unreasonable refusal to admit the citizen to participation in the bidding,” the department explained.

The service added that the case will be judged openly.
