“In September 2014 the bank and the defendant concluded a loan agreement for 102 thousand rubles for a period of 36 months. Its conditions have not been fulfilled by the defendant, which led to the debt in the amount of 130,759.33 rubles,” Zarechny city court spokesman explained to PenzaNews.

He said that in this case, in violation of the period established for the return of the next part of the loan, the lender has the right to demand early repayment of the entire outstanding amount with interest.

“The woman agreed with claims,” the agency interlocutor noted.

According to him, she will have to pay in full the amount payable under the credit agreement as well as a state fee in the amount of 3,581.25 rubles.

“The decision has not come into legal force,” the representative of the court added.
