The pavilion, made of impact-resistant dark glass, now has a big bright sign in the form of three-dimensional letters.
Penza residents are gradually getting used to the fact that transport, which used to stop on Maksima Gorkogo street, currently drops off and picks up passengers here.
However, those who are waiting for the bus at the new stop are often perplexed because of the lack of information signs clearing which buses stop here and which pass by.
It was originally planned that the new stop will only serve for public transport turning from Maksima Gorkogo street to Kirova street.
However, at present passengers from Fontannaya Square use all mini-buses passing here. At the same time drivers warn their passengers in advance that there will no longer be a stop at Sberbank, where there is no official bus-stop due to newly installed prohibitory sign.
Also, some buses going down Kirova street from city center make a stop here. And often the drivers of the same route are confused.
As the PenzaNews correspondent informs, in 10 minutes, one bus No. 66, serviced by “Dilizhans” company as posted on the City Hall website, stopped at Fontannaya Square, and the second bus passed by.
The department of transport and communications of Penza told PenzaNews that the information board with the bus routes stopping at “Fontan” is planned to be installed in the near future, however, the date was not specified.
