Penza, 16 August 2016. PenzaNews. “Whiskers, Paws and Tail” exhibition, where anyone can pick up a pet from among the wards of “Pitomets” center, will be held in the park at “Cuckoo” clock in Penza on Sunday, August 21.

“The event is dedicated to the holiday — August 16 is the World Day of homeless animals’ protection. Last year we did a flash mob, and this year we decided to take animals with us, because the holiday is not a holiday without them,” the executive director of the “Helping hand to Stray Animals” fund Inna Nazarova.

She said that the exhibition will present up to 20 cats and a few dogs.

“We will give an opportunity to all who wish to communicate with our animals, we will tell about the wards and the work of our fund,” the the agency interlocutor explained.

According to Inna Nazarova, the exhibition scheduled from 12.00 to 17.00, will also include a handicrafts fair, all-winning lottery and competitions for children.
