As the press service of the mayor's office in Penza told PenzaNews, in order to ensure the safety of residents during the procession, Gorkogo Street will be restricted for traffic from Kirova Street to Volodarskogo Street.

“Restriction hours from 11.00 to 11.30,” the city administration informed.
