Toyota dealer in Penza refuses repairing car without payment from “Uralsib”

Penza, 22 August 2016. PenzaNews. The official dealer of Toyota in Penza refused to repair Toyota Land Cruiser Prado belonging to well-known programmer, Technical Director of LLC “ERC” Sergey Kolesnikov, without full prepayment from insurance group “Uralsib.”

“It is a curious situation. My car is fully insured in “Uralsib.” A month ago, a stone was thrown in the windshield. I gave in all the documents for the replacement, they were accepted, Moscow gave a direction to repair at an authorized dealer. As a result, I get [...] response, from which it is clear that the insurance company simply does not pay. So I pay the full insurance and get the fun of at the court and “Uralsib,” to which I'm sure to turn. Well, the rest of you can make far-reaching conclusions about this insurance company,” Sergei Kolesnikov posted on Facebook asking for a repost.
The programmer attached a copy of a letter signed by the director of LLC Penza-Auto-Service Alexei Panteleyev. It states that “the insurance group “Uralsib” does not fully carry out its obligations on the organization of the repair of insured vehicles.”
“In this regard, the repair of the vehicle is only possible in case of one hundred percent prepayment from “Uralsib” or at your own expense,” the document notes.
If Sergei Kolesnikov agrees to repair the fully insured SUV at his own expense, Alexei Panteleev asks him to contact a consultant of the body shop by phone, and expresses the hope that this response will not affect the loyalty to the dealership.
