Penza, 24 August 2016. PenzaNews. Retail sale of tobacco products and alcoholic beverages, including beer, beer drinks, cider, mead and Poiret, will be limited in Penza on the Day of Knowledge, September 1.

As the press service of the city administration told PenzaNews, corresponding recommendations were sent to the heads of trading organizations and individual entrepreneurs.

“This measure is introduced to protect public order, morals and health of people, especially minors,” the municipality noted.

The press service added that the control in this area will be carried out by specially organized forces.
