“Objects to be demolished are divided into two categories. In particular, we are working on the buildings that are capital structures. Decisions of the courts with the executive sheets were saved for several years. Since the end of 2015 we started active work in cooperation with bailiffs on the demolition of such objects,” the vice-mayor said during the 25th regular session of the City Duma on Friday, August 26.

She clarified that there are up to 20 capital facilities to be demolished.

“The second direction — non-stationary objects of trade. In 158 such sites were checked by the municipal land control officers, who revealed 78 violations so far. All 78 reports were sent to the legal department on release of the land plots,” Irina Shirshina added.

According to her, currently 19 claims were granted.

“Among the important facilities to be demolished, in the part of non-residential premises is the building of [Oleg] Totsky —the annex to “Kosmos-City” mall. Illegal reconstruction was carried out. We have a court decision, the writ has been sent to the bailiff service on time,” the vice-mayor said.

She also drew attention to the fact that it is expected to demolish eight buildings of individual entrepreneur Sergei Mishinev, who so far organized the dismantling of only one trade pavilion “Flowers” near The First Settler Monument.
