They are offered to be granted the regional property status.

Currently, blood transfusion station, regional ophthalmological hospital, Penza city hospital and narcological hospital require such shelters.

“Using the new protective structures in combination with the existing ones will increase the security of the population of Penza and the region in emergency situations and in the case of armed conflict,” the press service of the department of housing and civil protection in the region commented for PenzaNews.
