Vyacheslav Volodin: Important to create comfortable environment for citizens
Penza, 31 August 2016. PenzaNews. Authorities at all levels and political parties must work together to create favorable conditions for the citizens living in the cities and towns of Russia. Such an opinion was expressed by the first deputy head of the Presidential Administration Vyacheslav Volodin, who visited Penza during his vacation on Wednesday, August 31.

During the meeting with chief editors of regional and local media in the Lermontov library, he said that together with the governor Ivan Belozertsev they visited one of the children’s playgrounds equipped in the framework of “Our Yard” project in Penza.
According to Vyacheslav Volodin, this example shows how it can be organized by the cooperation of the United Russia Party, at the initiative of which the yards are improved, the municipal authorities, which is ready to maintain the area in the future, as well as the local people who are actively involved in the development of nearby territories.
“It is clear that when the budgets of cities and regions are sufficient, the cities and regions will join [the project],” the first deputy head of the Presidential Administration noted.
According to him, in the near future a database of the regional yards in need of further improvement should be compiled.
“Today, there are even no documents concerning these territories,” Vyacheslav Volodin said, adding that this database will enable to work out the plan for the near future.
He stressed that those municipalities that understand the importance of the task of improvement “consolidate more people.”
