Penza, 8 September 2016. PenzaNews. The head of Penza administration Victor Kuvaytsev will take part in the forum “Urban development and improvement of urban environment,” which will be held in Moscow at VDNH on Monday, September 12, the press service of the mayor’s office told PenzaNews.

The event was organized by the All-Russian Council of Local Self-Government.

The forum welcomes the heads of regional authorities, local authorities, leading experts and representatives of public organizations.

The participants are expected to discuss the ways to improve living conditions in the cities of Russia — the quality of public spaces, social and transport infrastructure, the ordinary and emblematic construction.

They will consider the examples of public areas comfortable for residents, park refreshment, and landscape design.
