Penza, 9 September 2016. PenzaNews. The head of the executive committee of the Penza All-Russian People's Front (ARPF), the head of the charity foundation in support of family, motherhood and childhood “Pokrov” for the post of the Children’s Rights Commissioner for the Russian President.

The corresponding decree was signed by Vladimir Putin on Friday, September 9.

According to the Kremlin press service, earlier there was a meeting of Russian President and Anna Kuznetsova.

Anna Y. Kuznetsova was born in Penza on January 3, 1982.

In 2003, she graduated from the Belinsky Penza State Pedagogical University, Psychology Department.

In 2008, she became the founder of the public organization “Blagovest,” and in 2010 she initiated the foundation in support of family, motherhood and childhood “Pokrov.”

From February 2011, the fund launched “Crisis line for pregnant women” under which the fund specialists provide psychological and legal assistance to pregnant women who find themselves in difficult situations.

Anna Kuznetsova is the head of the executive committee of the Penza All-Russian People's Front.
Since May 2014 she is the chairman of the regional branch of the All-Russian Public Movement “Mothers of Russia.”

Since August 2014 she is also the chairman of the committee on Inter-religious Interaction and charity in the Public Chamber of the Penza region.

In 2015, she initiated the Association of organizations for the protection of the family.
Anna Y. Kuznetsova has six children.
