Penza, 10 September 2016. PenzaNews. Bailiffs arrested a car of the Penza regional resident whose debt amounted to 145 thousand rubles.

“Enforcement proceedings are underway against the debtor for the recovery of accounts payable and administrative penalties. At repeated trips to the debtor's registration address, the bailiff established that the debtor does not live there. The debtor never contacted the bailiff and concealed his property,” the official representative of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia in the Penza region Yana Zagrebelnaya told PenzaNews.

She said that when checking the vehicles parked on the sideline for debts with the help of the application “Mobile search,” they found a vehicle registered at the debtor's name.

“Bailiffs arrived and arrested the car, the man received an official requirement to provide the necessary documents and pay the debt. If the debt is unpaid, the seized property will be sold to cover the debt amount,”the agency interlocutor added.
