“During the monitoring held on September 8, the experts of the department for the development of small and medium enterprises of Penza administration, the fact proved to be true,” the press service of the City Hall told PenzaNews.

The city administration added that during the conversation with the businesswoman on Monday, September 12, she was urged to stop the sale of the alcohol-containing liquid.

“In addition, currently they are considering termination of the contractual relationship with the tenant of land under the kiosk,” the press service explained.
