Bailiffs sought 45 thousand rubles as compensation for moral and material damages from the driver who hit a disabled child in the city of Belinsky, the Penza region, the spokeswoman of the regional dept. of Federal Bailiff Service Yana Zagrebelnaya told PenzaNews.

“The young man driving someone else's car hit a child with a group II disability on a pedestrian crossing in the center of Belinsky. By the decision of the court, the man was to pay compensation of moral harm and material damage, but he did not admit guilt and evaded from responsibility — he refused to meet with the bailiff, did not work, did not have any property to be arrested,” the agency interlocutor explained.

According to her, after another bailiff request, they established the debtor's account in one of the banks.

“Immediately the bailiff ordered to arrest the funds. The compensation amount was taken from the bank account to cover the debt. Enforcement proceedings completed with actual execution,” Yana Zagrebelnaya said.
