Penza, 14 September 2016. PenzaNews. It took nearly seven months for the Penza resident to receive the death certificate of her husband, the father of her children, who died in Azerbaijan, to register for the loss-of-breadwinner pension.

As the website of the Children's Rights Commissioner in the Penza region informs, the mother is raising a 10-year-old son and a 9-year-old daughter all by herself.

After an appeal to the Children's Ombudsman Elena Stolyarova, on July 15 the requests were sent to the appropriate federal agencies.

On September 10, the reply arrived, as well as the necessary information for pension registration.
