Penza, 14 September 2016. PenzaNews. “Peaceful movement” will be introduced in Moskovskaya Street in Penza — from Karl Marx Street to Kuraeva Street — on the World Car Free Day on Thursday, September 22.

“Peaceful movement” to be introduced in Penza on World Car Free Day

It is planned that the upper part of the Moskovskaya Street will be open to pedestrians and cyclists only.

In addition, from 6.00 to 20.00, a multi-level parking lot in Kuraeva Street will be free, the press service of the City Hall informs.
