Penza, 15 September 2016. PenzaNews. Governor Ivan Belozertsev presented the documents for 14 new vehicles to the representatives of the Penza regional forestries during the festive event dedicated to the upcoming Day of forest workers and forest industry.

“The Penza region has large forest areas — up to 1 million hectares. It requires a lot of effort to preserve and restore forests. And this hard tedious work is done by you — the representatives of the forest industry,” he said, referring to the specialists gathered in the Lermontov Regional Library.

During the event, the head of the region awarded distinguished professionals — foresters and assistant forester, the press service of the government of the Penza region informs.
