The incident on the Bridge of Friendship in Penza, where teenagers burned each other and jumped into the water for fun, was the focus of members of the commission on juvenile affairs and protection of their rights at the meeting of Zheleznodorozhny district administration of the city.

The participants considered the materials of the administrative case against the mother of the minor teenager.

As the press service of the mayor's office in Penza told PenzaNews, on Wednesday, September 14, the meeting participants considered 10 administrative cases against juveniles and their legal representatives failing to perform parental responsibilities in upbringing, education and maintenance of children.

“Administrative sanctions were imposed upon persons who committed offenses. Also preventive talks were held,” the city administration explained.
