Kolyshley entrepreneur attempts selling 800 kg of watermelon without documents

Kolyshley, 19 September 2016. PenzaNews. Administrative proceedings were initiated against a businessman who was trying to sell 800 kg of watermelons from the Saratov region in Kolyshley, the Penza region with no supporting documents.

As public relations officer of the Rosselkhoznadzor department in Mordovia and the Penza region Larisa Yakushkina told PenzaNews, the department officers also found the entrepreneur selling melons from Uzbekistan without the documents confirming inspections.
“The department of supervision in the field of plant quarantine, quality and safety of grain and seeds in the Penza region was not notified of the regulated products delivery,” the agency interlocutor added.
She said that the entrepreneur selling melons also faces administrative penalty.
