As PenzaNews reported earlier, there had been a long-going discussion as to the use of the unexploited building of the former cinema “Rodina” in Penza.
In January 2015, Yuri Krivov, who held the position of the city head at that time, said that the building could be turned into a wedding palace or a city museum. At the same time the mayor noted that it is privately owned, and therefore all the plans in this direction can be only discussed.
