Penza, 22 September 2016. PenzaNews. Mayor Victor Kuvaytsev Penza signed a decree of the city administration about the beginning of the heating season.

On Thursday, September 22, the companies engaged in central heating supply opened the season in education and health facilities.

Within 15 days, all heat source owners, heating suppliers, housing and operational enterprises and organizations will complete the adjustment of the hydraulic and thermal modes.

During the meeting held in the Penza City Hall, Vice-Mayor Yury Ilyin called the responsible services for non-stop operation.

“We must make every effort to enter the heating season without any problems and complaints from the Penza residents,” the press service quoted the deputy head of the city administration.
