Penza, 22 September 2016. PenzaNews. Turner monument was installed in the square of German Titov not far from the main entrance to “Penzkhimmash” plant on Thursday, September 22.

The sculpture is a gift of “StankoMashStroy” company to the city on the Day of machine builder to be celebrated on Sunday.

The monument is created by the Penza sculptor, teacher of art school, Alexander Hachyaturyan.

The bronze sculpture depicts a turner at work. The figure is made in human growth. The worker is positioned evaluating the results of their labor. In his left hand he holds a finished part, in the right one — a micrometer.
