Penza, 23 September 2016. PenzaNews. The Penza hunters are instructed to provide biomaterial of wild boars to the veterinary laboratory in the implementation of measures aimed at preventing the spread of African swine fever in the Penza region.

The regional hunting season opens on October 1.

In accordance with the established rules, in the period from January 1 to February 28, the wild boar paddock and stalking hunting is prohibited, as well as with the use of dogs, except collecting wounded boars.

Wild boar hunting in public hunting areas of the Penza region will be carried out with hunting license by January 15, the press service of the forestry, hunting, and wildlife of the Penza region informs.
