Penza, 26 September 2016. PenzaNews. Project documentation for the road repairs scheduled for 2017, should be prepared in every area of the Penza region by October 10. The corresponding order was given by the governor Ivan Belozertsev during the operational meeting in the regional government on Monday, September 26.

“The documents must be requested now, summarized so that we could understand the funding amount necessary for the road repair, and we should plan no less than this year,” the head of the region noted.

He drew particular attention to the preparation of project documentation based on the federal programs, including those on the sustainable development of rural areas, to get additional funds from the state.

In this regard, Ivan Belozertsev instructed the deputy chairman of the regional government Dmitry Semenov and the head of the regional Ministry of Construction Alexander Grishaev to work through this issue with the heads of municipal administrations.

“If they cannot find the money in the budget, there is large business in almost every area. [...] In any case, we must find a solution so that project documentation was ready and we could receive more money for this project from the federal budget,” the governor stressed.
