Penza, 29 September 2016. PenzaNews. Parking will be prohibited on Lenina Square in Penza for the festival of extreme sports.

Restriction will operate in the period from 22.00 on Thursday, September 29, till 20.00 the following day.

The square will be closed for traffic as well.

As the press service of the City Hall informed PenzaNews, this measure is introduced in order to ensure safety of residents.
