Penza, 3 October 2016. PenzaNews. The governor of the Penza region, criticized the work of architects, encouraging them to interact with the business and take the initiative in determining the appearance of the city.

“Let's make projects together, rather than sit in the offices alone! [...] We must bring people together! We say that we are understaffed, and on the other hand we see perfect accommodation built by the business. [...] Why do we not build high-rise residential buildings and social facilities according to such projects, so bright, interesting, and attractive?” Ivan Belozertsev said during a round table dedicated to the creation of a comfortable living environment, which took place in the regional government on Monday, October 3.

Ivan Belozertsev recommend architects to get around the city for their “heart to ache” not only for the supervised object, but also in the whole city, noting that the appearance of Penza is spoiled with billboards and buildings made in varying concepts.

“Make a project, offer it to the government, and the government will work with the business,” the governor stressed.

The regional head called for architects to defend their positions and offer their ideas actively.

“We must build a system, it is necessary to bring the city in order! Penza as a regional center, Kuznetsk, Serdobsk, and Nizhny Lomov, especially Penza. Do not go on about the constructors, it is necessary to work with them,” he added.
