“Roads are a calling card of any region. At the meeting of the Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Volga Federal District on public roads development in Saransk, the Penza region was one of the best among other regions of the Russian Federation. This is your outstanding merit,” the governor Ivan Belozertsev said, addressing the participants of the ceremony.

He expressed special gratitude to the veterans of the industry.

The head of the region personally congratulated the industry representatives for deep appreciation of their labor and handed them certificates of entering the gallery of honor.
