Penza, 16 October 2016. PenzaNews. Fair trade, which is conducted at the weekends on Lenina square in Penza, will move to residential areas. The corresponding order was given by the mayor Victor Kuvaytsev.

“Taking into account the needs of residents and favourable weather conditions for trade outdoors, we need to ensure that the fair continues its work, but it must be relocated in residential areas,” he said visiting the place on Saturday, October 16.

It is expected that once the fair is removed, the winter town will be set on Lenina square.
