Penza, 17 October 2016. PenzaNews. A 5-month-old polar wolf is now in the vast collection of the Penza Zoo. The head of the establishment Andrei Voskresensky informed PenzaNews on Monday, October 17.

According to him, the animal was brought from the Izhevsk Zoo.

“The color is grey for now, it is a color of a cub. They become white when they turn one,” the agency interlocutor explained.

Andrei Voskresensky said that the wolf does not have a name yet.

“One man wants to take her under his patronage, he is still thinking. If he takes her under the patronage, he will choose a name for her, if he does not, we’ll announce a competition on the Internet,” the Zoo director said.

Andrei Voznesensky did not specify the name of the alleged curator, who might take over a part of the cost of the animal housing.
