Penza, 17 October 2016. PenzaNews. Traps, which are prohibited instruments for animal hunting, were found in a UAZ car stopped by officers of the Center for Specially Protected and Other Natural Reservations and Water Areas of the Penza region in the hunting field of Pachelma area.

As the press service of the Ministry of Forestry of the region told PenzaNews, a case was initiated under Art. 8.37 of the Administrative Offences Code of the Russian Federation “Violating the Rules for Use of Animal Kingdom and the Rules for Procurement (Catching) of Aquatic Biological Resources and Other Rules Regulating Industrial Fishing, Coastal Fishing and Other Kinds of Fishing.”

“In accordance with applicable law, the citizen will face an administrative fine of up to 4 thousand rubles for the infringement,” the department said.
