Penza, 2 November 2016. PenzaNews. Penza authorities addressed drivers with a request not to leave cars and trucks by roadsides because they hinder work on improvement and cleaning street and road network during the day and at night.

As noted on the website of the city administration, the problem is particularly acute in Prospekt Stroiteley street – near the shopping centers “KaGau” and “Vesna.” In additions, cars along roadsides can often be seen in Prospekt Pobedy street near “Samolet.”

Despite the fact that stopping and parking of vehicles is not forbidden in these places, they ask drivers to leave cars where they will not get in the way of utility machinery.
