The first part of the construction was brought there so far. It is expected that several new decorative elements will be added to it this year.

In addition, under the instruction of the mayor of Penza Victor Kuvaytsev a heated tent will be set up on the square, where a café and skate hire will be located.

Thus, residents and visitors of the city will be able to change into skates in comfortable conditions, as well as warm up, drink tea or coffee.

As the press service of the Penza administration told PenzaNews, the skating rink will be frozen as soon as weather conditions permit.
