Penza, 6 November 2016. PenzaNews. The head of the Penza administration Victor Kuvaytsev expects that the winter town, which started to be installed on Lenina square, will become a place of attraction for families in winter.

“We should create holiday spirit for people,” he said addressing to workers putting separate elements into a single construction.
As the press service of the City Hall reports, on Monday, November 6, along with the winter town erecting, its components continue to be delivered.
Previously, it became known that a heated tent will be set up on Lenina square, where a café and skate hire will be located. Thus, residents and visitors of the city will be able to change into skates in comfortable conditions, and if desired warm up, drink tea or coffee.
The skating rink on Lenina square will be frozen as soon as weather conditions permit.
