According to him, the official programme of the event will start on Friday, November 11.

“Participants from different regions are still arriving. The delegation from Penza has reached the place and settled successfully,” Maksim Kostyushin said by phone.

He reported that the weather temperature in Novosibirsk is about -17C but, despite this fact, the participants from Penza decided to make a short walk around the city to see the main places of attraction.
