Penza, 11 November 2016. PenzaNews. In Penza workers started to install a New Year tree at the square next to the Pervomaisky stadium on Friday morning, November 11.

By now, the metal carcass has been almost completed. In order to reach its top, the workers of the Municipal Unitary Enterprise “Zelenoe Khozyaystvo Goroda Penzy” used a truck crane.

Concrete plates in the construction foundation are aimed to make it stable.

Judging by the details delivered to the installation place, the carcass will be decorated by plastic fir boughs.

When the workers will start to decorate the tree with garlands, balls and New Year bows is still unknown.
