Penza, 14 November 2016. PenzaNews. Flow of vehicles over 10 meters length will be limited in Penza from December 11, 2016, till March 31, 2017.

The limitation will be in force from 7.00 till 20.00 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

As it was reported by the mayor’s press service, it is connected with vehicle density at roads before weekends and during rush hours.

“The limitation doesn’t spread on passenger transport and also on vehicles important for liquidation of natural disaster concequences or other emergencies,” Penza administration explained.

It was added in the press service that the flow of vehicles used for constructing works and for transporting of containers that will be later conveyed by railway transport, excluding trucks and large-size cars, will be carried out by pass issued by the Penza Department of Communal Service.
