Penza, 18 November 2016. PenzaNews. 800 foreigners and stateless people might get temporary residence permit in Russia from the Penza region authorities in 2017.

The distribution of 110,880 quotas between the constituent entities of the Russian Federation was approved by the government decree No.2428-r signed by the prime-minister Dmitry Medvedev.

According to the explanatory note, the amount of quotas in the 2017 year decreased  by 15,000 in comparison with the 2016 year when foreigners got 125,900 permits.

Total amount of quotas is determined by the executive authorities of the Russian Federation entities and is based on the migration situation and economic climate in every region.
