Two criminal cases might be opened against Alexander Tuzov

Penza, 18 November 2016. PenzaNews. The Penza entrepreneur Alexander Tuzov, who according to the court’s decision had to pay about 300,000 rubles for the illegal use of photographs, might be brought to court for two criminal cases at once under the articles “Defamation” and “Fraud”.

According to data available to PenzaNews, some people have started preparation of the necessary applications to the law enforcement authorities.
They are currently collecting evidences and documents which can become an accusation theory for the two criminal cases.
In accordance with current legislation, public speech or mass media deflation presupposes punishment by way of penalty up to 1 million rubles equal to 1-year salary or other income of the convict, or up to 240 hours of compulsory labour.
A complex fraud is punished by way of penalty up to 300,000 rubles equal to 2-year salary or other income of the convict, or up to 480 hours of compulsory labour, or up to 2 years of corrective labour, or up to 5 years of forced labor with or without 1-year restraint, or up to 5 years of imprisonment with or without 1-year restraint.
