The head of the region said that one of the best institutions in the country that educates specialists of missile and gun armament is the Army General Khrulev Military Academy of Material and Technical Supply located in Penza.

“Academy graduates are good professionals and smart people, they are always faithful and devoted to the military duty. I am sure that the heirs of the fathers and grandfathers' unfading glory will selflessly serve the motherland and increase the defence strength of the Penza region,” the press service of the Penza region government quotes Ivan Belozertsev.
