Penza, 26 November 2016. PenzaNews. The Children's Rights Commissioner for President of Russia Anna Kuznetsova received the Medal for Penza Development Merit. The decision was taken during the 28th regular session of the Penza City Duma on Friday, November 25.

The text of the document states that Anna Kuznetsova is honoured for “high civil responsibility, effective social work during many years, great contribution to the development of family, maternity and childhood protection institute in the city of Penza”.

The medal will be given to several people. Among them are representatives of industry, education, sport and other fields.

Among the honoured people are – the member of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation Alexei Dmitrienko, twice Olympic champion Aliya Mustafina, the general director of the JSC “Radiozavod”, and the dean of the law department of the Penza state university Vitaly Goshulyak.
