Penza, 28 November 2016. PenzaNews. It is necessary to develop the mechanism of financial incentives for information about places of poor-quality alcohol containing products trade in the Penza region. The corresponding order was given by the governor Ivan Belozertsev because of the mass poisoning in Kuznetsk, where after the celebration in the “Nora” bar 17 people were taken to hospital and five of them died.

“We should organize work of hot-line service,” the head of the region said adding that the hot line can be similar to the one which is set within the drug fight campaign “Report on places of death trade”.

Ivan Belozertsev assumed that some people might take introduction of financial incentives as a kind of squealing.

At the same time, he expressed his certainty that people, who at least once faced surrogate alcohol, will perceive efforts of the authorities in a different way.

Ivan Belozertsev ordered the deputy chairman of the Penza region government Vasily Trokhin to consider the possibility of cooperation with non-commercial organizations which could pay financial incentives for the information, and the regional government in its turn would help these organizations with their projects development.
