Penza, 29 November 2016. PenzaNews. The monument “Globus” will be decorated as a New Year ball for the first time on the threshold of the New Year.

As it was reported by the deputy director of the municipal state-funded enterprise “Penza City Advertising Service” Konstantin Kuznetsov, in order to do it, workers installed a special carcass around the monument which will be covered with light emitting threads and topped with a special “ring-shaped detail” that is usually used to put balls on a New Year tree.

“Everything is thought-out. There will be no damages,” the interlocutor emphasized.

According to him, in darkness the threads will provide white glowing of the monument.

Konstantin Kuznetsov said that it is planned to finish the installation works and to conduct a test of illumination on Wednesday, November 30.
