Penza, 2 December 2016. PenzaNews. The correspondent of the news agency PenzaNews Lyudmila Mizina got a diploma of the regional stage of the 8th All-Russian security and people rescuing festival “Constellation of Courage”, the results of which became known in Penza on Friday, November 2. She received the award in “Best Internet project” nomination.

Participants of the grand event were greeted by the head of the Penza region EMERCOM headquarters, major general of the internal service Sergei Kozlov.

“Life is the main thing today. I would like to cordially congratulate all the people who are present here with this holiday – the festival ‘Constellation of Courage’, and to wish them health, of course, and that the skills of the professionals who are sitting in this hall, and those of the invited people, were used only during trainings and exercises. I wish we would never need these skills in real life. But I am sure that if such situation happens, no one will remain indifferent and will help as soon as possible,” he said.

Fire and salvage unit No. 8 of the federal fire service of the Penza region got a diploma in the nomination “Best fire and salvage unit”. Sergei Yuloskov was chosen  the best head of a fire and salvage unit, and Nikolay Roseev was chosen the best deputy head.

Dmitry Nikulin became the best fireman. Artem Savelyev was named the best watch commander and Alexei Yudin – the best deputy watch commander.

Dmitry Kurlykin was chosen the best commander. Dmitry Bakhtuev won in the nomination “Best driver”. Tatyana Gorelova became the best coordinating manager – radiotelephone operator.

Marat Shukshin won in the nomination “Best worker of firefighting and accident rescue operation services”, while Evgeny and Alexander Maslennikov were named “Best rescuers”.

Roman Gusev was chosen the best worker of the departments of controlling activity and prophylactic work of EMERCOM in Russia. Sergei Zatsepin became the best chief operations duty officer of the Crisis Management Centre, and Alexei Talalov – the best specialist in the field of public protection. Andrei Sidorov received a winner diploma in the nomination “Best state inspector of small-size vessel”.

The head of the department of social-oriented activity of the regional All-Russian voluntarily fire society Irina Yegorova became the winner in the special nomination “Best state inspector of small-size vessels”.

The director of the territorial disaster medicine center of the Penza region Alexander Grishin won in the special nomination “Rescue without limits”, and the psychologist of this institution Olga Kolina won in the nomination “Best psychologist of Russian System of Prevention and Response to Emergency Situations”.

The head of the commission on emergency situations and fire safety provision of the Narovchatsky area Alexander Razumov became the best head of a municipal settlement commission on emergency situations and fire safety provision.

Anatoly Peshakov, the head of the public organization “Voluntary fire protection of the Penza region”, received an award in the nomination “Answering the call of the heart”.

Daniil Nefedov, who saved a drowning boy at the seaside in the city of Sputnik, became best in the category “Children-heroes”.

The commission also summarized the results of the contest in the nomination “Journalits’ works”. Thus, the teams State TV and Radio Broadcasting Company “Penza”, TV and Radio Broadcasting Company “Nash Dom”, TV and Radio Broadcasting Company “Express” won in the nomination “Best TV project”. The work of the “AiF Penza” journalist Alexander Isaev was chosen the best material in printed media, and the work of the “Radio Rossii” journalist Pavel Yeremenko was chosen the best radio informational programme.

The leading specialist expert of the information support group of the main regional EMERCOM department activity Alexei Kotov won in the nomination “Best documentary on fire protection activity”, and the chief engineer of the information and analytical department of Crisis Management Centre Marina Usanova was awarded in the category “Look in the hero’s face”.

At the end of the ceremony, Sergei Kozlov awarded the team of girls from Penza who were third in the Championship of the Volga regional EMERCOM centre and in the Fire Applied Sport Championship of the All-Russian voluntarily fire society of the Volga federal district, which were held in June, 2016.
