Penza, 6 December 2016. PenzaNews. It is planned to lay ice at 39 hockey grounds in Penza before December 15. This was reported by the mayor’s office press service.

Repair and restoration of rink boards, surface and wire mesh screens were finished at these hockey grounds.

19 of them are located at yard territories. They belong to Penza Communal Affairs Department.

10 grounds that are under control of the Penza department of education are located at school territories.

10 more grounds are on the balance sheet of other institutions, which provide free admission to these ice rinks.
